    Hey Laura,
    Thank you so much for making these podcasts. I recently started taking depression/anxiety medication a few months ago and being able to hear you talk about your experience with it and having others talk about their mental health issues is extremely helpful. It really makes me feel more normal to hear that others go through the same thing (which means I’m not too crazy!!) You’re so right that this topic needs to be talked about it more. THANK YOU.

    Thank you for sharing your perspective .and refreshing honesty…on many levels. So given all pod casts are for public consumption and provide forums..everyone is entitled to freely express (their own) opinions…..HOWEVER no one needs to preach purposefully hurtful or rude statements. In response to this. since it’s inevitable you can’t count on everyone to be a cheerleader-simply give No Fucks. Not a one. Live and Love life happily ever after.

    One more thing, it would be great to hear more about the science/chemicals behind anxiety. Hearing those types of facts always makes the thing seem much less daunting. 🙂 Thanks again Laura!

    Thank You for this and I’m sorry for all the struggles! I love all of your work! I wasn’t expecting to see this podcast, and I’m grateful that you shared your story. Your cookbook looks as though you have it all, and your life is perfection. I am thankful for you as you have saved my life in regards to food and my sons life. He’s allergic to wheat and all the recipes in other book take forever and are not that great! Thank you for loving produce and being honest about eating a Poptart in High School. lol….Anyways, I will be praying for the success of you and your family. Thank You. Not to be insensitive but I came to your page because I want you to print another cookbook. (please!!!!!!)
